Over 24 years combined Commercial and Government experience supporting high-level technology programs ranging from IT infrastructure, enterprise applications development, architecture & engineering, information security, technology support services and IT modernization programs. Served as a chief technologist (CIO), chief architect, security official and program manager for the past 15 years. Proven experience and responsibility for organization’s IT direction – planning, implementation, security, and contracts/procurement – SLA(s), MOU(s), ISA(s). Directed and managed several multi- million dollar programs involving enterprise level coordination between vendors and local/state/federal partners.
